Terms of Service
Clear information for planning with confidence.

1. Our role and your booking
Vanguard Travel Solutions helps you plan travel and arrange services through independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators and transfer companies. Sending an enquiry or opening a WhatsApp conversation does not make a booking, reserve availability or create an obligation to pay.
Before you commit, your written quotation must identify the contracting business, the supplier of each service, whether we act as an agent or an organiser, the inclusions, total price, currency, due dates and applicable booking conditions. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant supplier accepts it and written confirmation is issued. Ask us to clarify anything missing before paying.
2. Quotes, prices and payments
Website prices are starting prices and depend on travel dates, availability and your requirements. Your written quotation sets out the price and any expiry date. Taxes, baggage, transfers, visa costs and other extras are included only where expressly listed. We will disclose any Vanguard service fee before you agree to it. The website does not take online payments.
Any deposit, balance deadline and payment method must be agreed in your written booking information. Check the supplier and payment recipient before sending funds. Changes to a confirmed price must comply with your contract and applicable law; a website price change does not itself change your confirmed booking.
3. Traveller details and documents
The lead traveller must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the party. Check names against passports, dates, routes and all confirmation details promptly. Tell us about accessibility needs and essential requirements before booking so the supplier can confirm what is possible.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry permissions, vaccinations and insurance appropriate to your journey. We can help with visa preparation, but immigration authorities decide applications. Approval, entry and processing times cannot be guaranteed. Government fees and our assistance fee, if any, must be identified separately.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Read our Cancellation & Refund Policy alongside the supplier terms supplied before booking. Charges vary by supplier, fare, service and notice period. There is no universal cancellation percentage across all trips. We will explain known charges before processing a requested change.
Where a booking legally qualifies as a package, statutory organiser responsibilities apply regardless of the label used in the quotation. Nothing here removes your mandatory consumer rights or any applicable refund deadline.
5. During your journey
Report a problem to the supplier and message us promptly so it can be addressed while you travel. Keep receipts and written records. Supplier obligations, our responsibility for reasonable care in arranging your services, and any additional rights are determined by your contract and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Questions and complaints
Message +234 904 280 7771 on WhatsApp with your booking reference, the issue and the outcome you seek. We will acknowledge your concern, identify who is responsible and explain the next steps. You retain any right to seek independent advice or use a competent court or dispute-resolution body.
7. Using this website
Travel information and photography are for inspiration. Your confirmed itinerary governs the services purchased. Do not misuse the site or submit information you are not authorised to share. Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Notice. Updated website terms apply going forward and do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing booking.
